Oracle BRM – Custom Service and Event Definitions in Oracle’s Elastic Charging Engine (ECE)

One of the greatest strengths of Oracle’s Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) is the ability to customize it. Customization allows unique business requirements to be met that other billing systems would struggle to implement. I will explain the steps involved to be able to add these customizations to BRM and integrate them properly with Pricing Design Center (PDC) and ECE. In this guide I will provide a simple example for a Cloud business offering a cloud compute service.
