You can expect to gain an understanding of BRM's out-of-the-box capabilities and learn how to customize the software to fulfill your unique business needs.

SSG University provides a progressive training environment. Each module covers a key BRM topic so you can build knowledge and skills from lesson to lesson. Training includes personally taught tutorials, hands-on exercises and Q&A sessions that can be delivered on-site, via web conference or at our office in Dallas, Texas. Sessions are tailored to meet your schedule and can be delivered as multi-day workshops or individual lessons.

BRM Business Analyst Course

This course is recommended for software developers prior to attending the BRM developer courses. A deep dive into BRM functionality, this course explores the most commonly used aspects of the BRM system. Pricing configuration and testing components are emphasized, as these tend to be common needs for business analysts.

Students perform hands-on training exercises at the end of each lesson that surround a fictitious cloud service provider (IaaS). This increases the practical benefit of the course, as it enables the students to administer, configure and conduct tests in their own BRM training instance.
